Hi, I'm Jess Nichols.
I am an Australian Qualitative researcher that synthesizes and distills insights into meaningful stories to articulate the value of design and customer needs to organizations.
I #GSD and love to create awesome products & services that are underpinned by design principles.
My focus is driving innovation, customer centricity and design thinking to organizations to improve their bottom line, adoption or cost to serve customers across channels and experiences. I have extensive global experience working across ten countries and four continents; and have worked within many industry verticals with a focus on Technology & Consumer Products.
In previous roles, I have worked as a UX & Interaction Designer and Business Analyst - ensuring that my decisions are informed and balance functional, experience and business objectives. With my certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), I have extensive experience in agile and 'wagile' methodologies and am able to ensure customer insights are reflected in product decisions.

Born in Melbourne and raised in Sydney, Australia; I have lived in San Francisco since 2013.
