The client is a global manufacturer and distributor of steel and other manufacturing products. The current website was not being correctly content managed and due to the extensive brand list, with competing visual identities, the client required a new website that would provide a consistent content layout but could also align to each brand.


Executing a 'define and design' phase for the future web experience, including discovery and definition of business requirements and the future user experience.


Through clearly articulating the business requirements and future experience with stakeholders; the client was prepared to translate requirements into functional specifications and website development.
